About the Role

The lab RN provides procedural nursing care, sedation support, patient monitoring, and perioperative coordination within the lab setting. This role is based at our Lee’s Summit office in the Kansas City metro.

What You’ll Do

• Provide pre-op and post-op patient care.
• Conduct pre/post procedure calls.
• Manage interoperative charting and medication documentation.
• Support sedation workflows alongside physicians and CRNAs.
• Monitor patient safety and recovery.
• Educate patients and families.
• Ensure procedural documentation accuracy.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Missouri (compact license accepted)
• ACLS certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)
• Procedural, peri-operative, or critical-care experience preferred
