About the Role

The Lab RN supports procedural nursing care, sedation support, patient monitoring, and perioperative coordination within the lab/ASC setting. This role is based at our Fargo, ND location.

What You’ll Do

• Provide pre-op and post-op patient care.
• Conduct pre/post procedure calls.
• Manage interoperative charting and medication documentation.
• Support sedation workflows alongside physicians and CRNAs.
• Monitor patient safety and recovery.
• Educate patients and families.
• Ensure procedural documentation accuracy.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in North Dakota (compact license accepted)
• ACLS certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)
• Procedural, peri-operative, or critical-care experience preferred
