About the Role
The Clinic RN/LPN supports clinical operations, patient care coordination, triage, procedural support, and provider communication. This role is based at our Black Hills, SD location.
What You’ll Do
- Manage prescription refill requests.
- Triage calls, messages, and urgent patient concerns.
- Assist with office-based procedures.
- Provide patient education and discharge instructions.
- Schedule OR procedures and coordinate consents.
- Coordinate pre-op requirements including cardiac clearance.
- Coordinate vendor/rep coverage for procedures.
- Initiate prior authorizations.
- Manage supply outdates and inventory.
- Review abnormal diagnostics and escalate concerns appropriately.
- Support marketing lead workflows as needed.
Qualifications
- Active RN or LPN license in South Dakota (compact license accepted)
- Outpatient clinic experience preferred
- Strong triage and patient-education skills
