About the Role
The Medical Assistant supports clinic operations, patient flow, provider efficiency, and procedural readiness. This role is based at our Black Hills, SD location.
What You’ll Do
- Assist with procedure scheduling under RN oversight.
- Perform chart preparation and rooming of patients.
- Set up rooms for procedures and maintain instruments.
- Stock and organize exam and procedure rooms.
- Assist with supply management.
- Prepare materials and equipment for outreach clinics.
- Clean and turn over rooms between patients.
- Support patient flow and provider efficiency.
- Maintain accurate documentation and communication.
Qualifications
- MA certification or equivalent clinical experience
- Outpatient or procedural clinic experience preferred
- Active BLS certification
