About the Role

The Medical Assistant supports clinic operations, patient flow, provider efficiency, and procedural readiness. This role is based at our Omaha, NE location.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with procedure scheduling under RN oversight.
• Perform chart preparation and rooming of patients.
• Set up rooms for procedures and maintain instruments.
• Stock and organize exam and procedure rooms.
• Assist with supply management.
• Prepare materials and equipment for outreach clinics.
• Clean and turn over rooms between patients.
• Support patient flow and provider efficiency.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communication.

Qualifications

• MA certification or equivalent clinical experience
• Outpatient or procedural clinic experience preferred
• Active BLS certification
